We recently moved to the Scottsdale area from the San Francisco Bay Area and needed
to do some immediate upgrades to our home. Not knowing anybody in the Area to do
work for us we were referred to Casita Builders by the Realtor who helped us find our
home. Coming to a new area and not knowing who is going to be a quality contractor is
very difficult and just hope that the referral you get is going to work out.

I first met with Steve Myers the owner & president when I needed my Kitchen re-done.
He was very prompt and professional and got us an estimate within a couple of days. I
also had 2 other contractors estimate the job and both of them were higher in price and
also did not show up when they said they were going to.

After we decided to use Casita Builders we were more than pleased with the way Steve
organized all of the various sub contractors that were going in and out and did not really
have any delays. Being a sub contractor myself I know it is hard to control the flow of
various sub contractors on a given job.

After the job was completed Steve made sure we had a walk through with him and if we
had any issues they were taken care of with no additional cost to us. Since that first
project Casita Builders has done various other projects for us ( Bar , Fireplace Remodel ,
Landscaping and soon a master bath remodel )

Since moving to Scottsdale Casita Builders has helped make our house a home.
